Oh, no! The dreaded "T" word: TERMITES! You've found evidence of termites or an inspector says you have them. Your mind starts racing:
First, you need to make sure what you're seeing is actually evidence of termites. There are many wood-destroying insects, and many are less serious than termites. Time to call in a couple of experts. And I really do mean that - call a few folks. I'd strongly recommend Mark or Aaron over at The Bug Guy, or Oklahoma Termite Specialists, or Statewide Termite, or Strike3 Pest Control...and no, they're not paying me to say that!
