SCHEDULE YOUR SELLER CONSULTATION
Get honest advice and your free seller's toolkit

Sign listing agreement
Are there things on your honey-do list that have been postponed or delayed? Now's the time to spruce up minor cosmetic items, including paint, baseboards, carpeting and fixtures. Don't forget the light bulbs!

Complete the disclosures
Sure, The queen of England might not show up, but prospective buyers will - and for you, the latter is more important. No one wants to move into someone else's "funk". Be prepared with the right tools and timeline to get (and keep) your home in tip-top shape. The checklists and customized advice you'll receive in your Seller Toolkit will start you on the right path.

"The Buyer's Eyes" walkthrough
Everyone views their home differently, but no perspective matters more than that of the potential buyer of your home.

Professional Photos

We've all seen bad real estate photos. Great photos bring buyers to the door, so I hire a professional photographer for all of my listings. They're wonderful, but they're not magic - if your space is cluttered, dirty or in disrepair, the photographer can't hide it. We want the best foot forward for the MLS listing.

GET READY TO SHOW YOUR PROPERTY
De-clutter, recondition, deep clean and be photo ready

De-Clutter
Unless it's brand new, most homes have a lived-in feel. Making your home appear as close to new condition as possible will attract the most buyers. A good rule of thumb is to plan to remove about 40% of your belongings to de-personalize and open up the space.

Recondition
Are there things on your honey-do list that have been postponed or delayed? Now's the time to spruce up minor cosmetic items, including paint, baseboards, carpeting and fixtures. Don't forget the light bulbs!

Deep Clean
Sure, The queen of England might not show up, but prospective buyers will - and for you, the latter is more important. No one wants to move into someone else's "funk". Be prepared with the right tools and timeline to get (and keep) your home in tip-top shape.
